What are OKRs?

OKRs stand for Objectives & Key Results and is a well-known and proven method for short-cycle (quarterly) management of an organization's key goals. In the OKR methodology, goals and associated key results are set quarterly and monitored monthly. At the end of each quarter you evaluate with your team and plan improvements for the next quarter.
The strength of OKRs is that the organization can commit to the most important goals and that everyone speaks the same language.

Why do we choose OKRs?

In an agile organization, focus on the customer is important and you want to be able to find this in the organization's goals. This is where the OKR method can help. The strength of OKRs is that the organization can commit to the most important goals and that everyone speaks the same language when it comes to goals. Teams and employees can alling their own individual goals accordingly.
