What is a Design Sprint?

The Design Sprint methodology is a unique and intensive process to build a prototype within a week. At the beginning of the week, customer needs are identified and possible solutions are brainstormed. Then the best solution is developed into a prototype. On the last day, the prototype is tested with customers and conclusions can be drawn whether the solution meets customer needs.

Why do we choose a Design Sprint?

Developing a product or service is a long and time-consuming process. By organizing a design sprint, the development time is reduced to just one week. Especially when capacities are scarce, it is obvious to build and validate a prototype based on customer requirements. Within one week, it will become clear whether the prototype works with the customer. This saves time compared to the traditional way of product development.
