OKrs: collaborating efficiently towards common goals
Health insurers Netherlands represents the interests of all health insurers. The association aims to support health insurers in their mission: to provide good, affordable and accessible care for all insured persons, aimed at promoting health and quality of life.

Uitdaging
The big challenge for ZN was to increase focus, increase focus on results and thus stimulate a proactive attitude within the organization.
Aanpak
Imagine has guided ZN in this process and advised ZN to implement the OKR method (OKR: Objectives & Key Results). For a year, Imagine's consultants trained and guided all ZN teams in learning how to work with ambitious goals and smart core results. This custom-designed OKR program included a pilot phase that enabled us to make adjustments where necessary. The implementation program consisted of multiple introduction and training sessions, an OKR organization infrastructure and communication and reference material. As a result, there was plenty of room for discussions about priorities between teams and management. This ultimately led to a supported OKR Framework that ZN can continue to work with.
Resultaat
Imagine introduced and implemented the OKR program and guided all ZN teams in using the OKR method for a year. The ZN teams gave this method an NPS score of 7.5. By continuing to use the OKR structure and being result-oriented, ZN has made a good start with OKRs, so that the method and also the ownership still work.
