Imagine Digital carried out a scan to understand the chances of direct sales on Amazon for Dunlop. Imagine did this by identifying potential sales and formulated a clearly substantiated strategy with this research. Based on the investigation, Dunlop's management has been advised to invest in Amazon's direct sales channel.

Resultaat

Imagine provided knowledge, support, and hands-on business management to set up and scale Amazon sales for Dunlop. Within a year, the direct to consumer channel (DTC) via Amazon has grown into their largest online channel. As a result, the turnover rose from 0 to 4 million euros above expectations.
